岗位职责
1.Work with HR team to select resumes and arrange interview.
2.Assist HR team to check on work attendance regularly.
3.Process staff’s labor contracts in a timely manner.
4.Assist HR on staff training, such as connect with supplier, collect application forms and other preparations for training.
5.Be responsible for assisting HR team in other aspects.
岗位要求
1. Education background: Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
2. Good interpersonal and effective communication skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with team and employees.
3. Careful, steady, has the strong sense of responsibility, be able to complete the job conscientious work.
4. Language Ability: Good command of both English and Chinese in written
5. Familiar with MS-office, especially EXCEL.
6. Guarantee 3-4 working days per week.
