目前位于上海莘庄的罗地亚亚太研发中心（罗地亚全球五大研发中心之一）急聘一名高级工艺工程师，
要求：
1、化学工程与工艺专业。博士，0-3年以上相关工作经验；硕士+3以上工作经验。
2、小试、中试、工艺放大或工艺转移等相关工作经验或能力。
3、Line mgr是外国人，所以应聘者须英语口语流利。
4、What we usually need are people who have experience in one of the following fields:
· Distillation
· Reaction Engineering
· Microreactor Technology
· Crystallization
· Extraction
· Solid/Liquid Separation
· Solids Handling (especially interesting for Rare Earth GBU)
· Process Intensification
岗位职责如下：
Chemical engineering manager
Shanghai / China
Job description :
1. To search appropriate documentation, to define the studies, to run lab experiments, to realize analytical work, to analyse the results, to define and realize complementary actions
2. To determine the key process parameters, to adapt the process to the existing workshop or to define the necessary modifications
3. To describe the experiments (preparation, operating conditions, observations), to fill in the log book, to collect the analytical papers, to write the activity report, to present orally the results
4. To have a good knowledge of chemical engineering and industrial equipment
5. To take care of the equipments and vessels, to purchase products, to suggest investments,
6. Develop key tools needed for data acquisition in his technology field (internal or external providers)Perform key data acquisition in the laboratory Animate network for his technology in Asia and participate in World Wide network for this technology.
7. Ensure quality of technical work of junior chemical engineers8.Developp technical skills/knowledge of junior staff
Profile :
1. MS or PhD ; major : chemical engineering
2. at least 3 years working experience (research laboratory or industry) preferably in a technology function or process engineering/technical manger
3. Good technical knowledge of chemical engineering unit operation
4. Self thinker, show initiative
5. Good communication skills written and spoken
6. English required
7. Good leadership skill or potential
